750ml bottle. Large white head atop hazy apple juice body. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange, bubblegum, yeast, clove, some turpentine. Taste is moderately sweet, alcohol, yeast, some orange, alcohol astringency. Medium body, some effervescence.

Has the beer/white wine smell that I can’t quite put my finger on. Reddish hued golden lager, pours with a nice head, dissipates though. Tastes starts of mellow enough then builds and builds some more, sweet and tangy, it doesn’t really taste like malt OR hops though. It’s a bit too smooth ie: dull, and theres no aftertaste, no after tingle, no nothing going on in the mouth afterwards. A bit boring right after such a flavour buzz. All in all pretty good, but it seems like it was engineer to hide a high % behind a crazy fizz/tang buzz that doesn’t last, and keeps you going back for another hit. The lack of bottle fermentation is this beers downfall.

This beer starts off with a bang, cork explodes of bounces off the ceiling hits the floor hard bounces back up and land right beside the bottle on the table. Clear glowing copper body with a very tall very long lasting crown. Sweet yeasty aroma with large amounts of perfume and spice, mild amounts of apple come through. This aroma is very aggressive an seems overly sweet. Taste is so sweet almost undrinkabley sweet. Lots of yeast, nice amounts of spice but just way to sweet. It taste like a good Belgium Triple but with an extra pound of sugar added pure bottle. Mmmmmmmmmm……. Towards the end of the this way to large bottle I’m tasting hay an wheat. I think I have diabetes after finishing this brew.

Lite fruity apple nose. clear, golden. A lite tartness not too sweet, green apple taste. Easy to drink. Dry long clean finish, I like this ale, it has a nice balance of tartness and sweetness, very satisfying.

Pours a five+ finger cream head that fades very slowly, leaving a ton of lace. Nearly clear golden amber color. Serious carbonation and medium bodied. lemon yeast nose. Flavor is sweet, lemon, yeast and apple cider. Nice golden. High ABV is hidden. Brewed Mar 3, 2009. Pricey @ $11.99 for a 750ml bottle from Manchester Wine and Liquors Manchester, CT.

Pour is a golden with a small fizzy white head. Aroma some spice, yeast and fruity. Flavor starts out like an apple cider with some vinegar and spice then follows up with a yeast and spice. Alcohol is not a problem with no noticable burn. Deffinalty a tasty and different brew. Also a frigging bargan at only $3 a bottle at my local world market. I guess this is on clearance after Halloween.

Definately a Belgium style. Tastes alot like Chimay and Leffe. I found it rather dull and fruity.

750 corked bottle. Aroma: Belgian. Thick frothy head which never dissipates, hazy golden hue. Beautiful beer. It looks like a cloud I want to lay down and sleep on. Tastes of banana esters; full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Strong alcohol presence. Fantastico!
