Bright dark brown color, with a small tan-colored head, with a flowery hops, grassy nose, some piney notes, a citrus fruitiness, despite the dark brown color here, it seems that the maltiness aspect is playing the second violin here, with his shy presence in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp flowery hops character, with some piney, grassy, even cedary accents, with a subtle caramelized malt and toasted malt notes, hint of brown sugar, faint pruney and sultana fruitiness, leading towards a floral hops bitterness.

Robe auburn très claire surmontée d’une mousse beige en dentelle qui s’estompe. Arômes de caramel, de pain, de levures et de carton. Saveurs de caramel, de levures, d’épices et de bois.

(Bottled, Akkurat, Stockholm, 18 July) Colour is dark brown with ruby hints, almost opaque, with a firm beige head. Nose is malty with chocolate notes. A bit shy, actually. Taste is malty with notes of chocolate fudge, marzipan and some blackberries. Smooth mouthfeel. Nicely balanced but lacking something extra in my opinion. Good beer though.

Very reddisch, amber coloured brew. Mild yeasty aroma. Nice subtile bitterness, hints of various fruits. Nice.

33cl bottle. Very dark brown with ruby edges and lasting beige head. Yeast, raisins, and choc bit of toast as well. Bit too carbonated in mouth with some syrupy intense dark red fruits . Finish really is an extension of the previous flavours with some hoppiness in evidence. Quite pleasing on the nose, but could do with a more pronounced finish. Good fruitiness though. A pleasing beer.

Dark amber with a beige head. The first aroma was lemony, soon giving way to a typical old-leathery yeastiness. Quite a sour taste, but the dark fruit and liquorice flavours were very much in the background. Slight bitterness, but overall a disappointment: thin and watery.
