thewolf (3607), Kolding, Denmark Oct 27, 2007 Bottle, bought @ Willems, Grobbendonk. Pours a wonderful dark chestnut brown with a medium foamy-ish yellowish off white head. Aroma is sweet, lots of dried fruits, some nuts and chocolate as well. Quite lively mouthfeel with lots of little bubbles. Flavour has Belgian sugars, dried fruits, quite a bit of hazelnuts and a slight viniousness in the background. Rather long aftertaste with chocolate and fresh fruityness. This is a very drinkable dubbel.
