tiggmtl (4181), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Nov 14, 2006 Lemon, apple, pepper, tannins, honey and lavender along with a bready toffee pudding like malt character in the muddled but engaging aroma. Opaque mahogany body is topped by a large, dense, fine bubbled, fluffy head that recedes slowly to an everlasting cover with lacing that etches traces all over the sides of the glass. Lavender, rose, alcohol, sweet berries and white chocolate in the surprising flavour. Fairly strong bitterness offers interest. Medium body with very engaging, soft bubbled but assertive effervescence. Tulip glass. Just above cellar temperature. Bottle (BB Nov-07, Bièropholie, Aug-06).
