Bottle. Fennel and pine hops aroma - strong. Hazy pale yellow with large fluffy white head. Sweet peach/lemon peel and fennel/licorice flavor. Wow - this beer is something different - has Witbier and Saison characteristics. Spectacular.

dry crisp and slightly lemony. A bit watery and somewhat overcarbonated. Flavors are nice, but a little weak. Just not a ton going on here. Some light malt and a little yeast and that’s about it. Nice enough beer, but pretty bland for the style.

11.2 oz bottle. First time having this. Poured a nice tiny bubbled head. In the glass it looked like water off the bottom of a pond- with chunks and murkiness- I Loved that! Nice earthy smell. Not as much flavor as II had hoped for. Grainy, earthy, and sweet. The champagne feel of the carbonation was a treat. I think if those monks got some more flavor into it, this would be a real winner!

Golden color with a small, bubbly white head. Very similar to champagne in mouthfeel and carbonation. Very sweet and fruity with a crisp, dry finish. Very enjoyable.

Bottle: Poured a golden with fluffy white head. Aroma is fruit with a soapy mix. Taste is grain with fruit and yet still soapy citrus.

330ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Pale hazy straw colour, healthy frothy head. Spicy and light grain aroma - quite wheaty - and also quite spicy. Soft mouthfeel. Pleasant light malty grain taste, but a bit watery. Some pleasant light hopping. Also got a hint of ginger a few times.
