bottle poured a light straw in color with a one finger head that melted quickly down, adding the yeast in the bottom did the nose and the taste wonders. light carbination and a nose of yeast, biscuit, light spice, and citrus peel. mouth feel is on the light side with a yeasty wheat first, bits of spice, has a slight sour funk in a nice way, and finishes on the dry side. very drinkable and great for an abbey single.

Bottle poured into tulip- poured very pale golden yellow, foamy white head that quickly disappeared. Aroma of malt, yeast, and subtle plum (?) note. Hits the mouth with a thin body, sweet and sour notes combined, finish with very slight hops notes and sweetness. This one is kinda all over the place, no neat fit into any category.

My partner in crime, JRedmond, described it very well. The pour is incredible, the nose is heavy.. not as the hazy body would suggest. Taste was strikingly similiar to sourdough. This was a let down.

11.2 Oz bottle. This beer pours a great body with a nice white head. The aroma is minty and malty. The taste however, is weird ass sour dough.

Bottle @ Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. "Witkap Pater Stimulo". Pours a hazy pale golden colour with a medium well alsting head. Aroma of yeast, fruit and herbs. The flavour is fresh, bitter and fruity with some citrius, wheat and herbs. Tasty brew indeed.

Bottle. An orange beer with a beautiful head. The aroma is of cloves and fruit. The flavor sweet with notes of yeast, wheat, cloves, and peaches. A nice Belgian light beer.

Nice frothy head atop a delicious beer. Good Brussels lace and a tasty banana-like finish. The best I’ve had.

Pours an average cloudy yellow with an aroma of lemon juice and a touch of Sprite. Flavor is coppery wheat and dull lemon. Average mouthfeel. A bit too penny-like for my taste.
