Light golden colour, fairly persistent head, hop aroma. Adequate body, bitter, long finish. Satisfying and quite drinkable

A yeasty and good tasting ale. Origianal name is Stimulo. Pater Singel is the Alterated name for the US market. Availlable on draft as well as on bottle. There are old bottles that mention trappist beer. Nice and good beer

Medium sized offwhite head, decent retention and lacing. Gold colored body. Nose is yeasty, spicey and lightly fruity. Body is med/light, good casrbonation, lightly creamy. Lightly sweet malts, yeast, faint citrus, bready, sorta tart. Finish is dry ,lightly tart and acidic, fruity though. Bottled, enjoyed @ state line liquors last Belgian tasting. Thanks Roberrrt!

Straw, very hazy with a huge, rather loose head, that leaves nice lace. Both aroma and flavour has notes of yeast, apple, coriander and citrus, that lead my thoughts towards a wit, that is musty, earthy and I simply isn’t fond of this one. Could be fuller too...

Blah. This thin bodied beer seemed to turn to water after in the mouth. Aroma was yeasty with fruitiness. Pour was a light gold with puffy white head. Taste was dry and light with a spiciness and yeasty presence.

Bottle pours a pale, golden body with a defined haze holding a whte head that laces wetly. Aroma is sour & wild (is there Brett in here?) with some off, sulfurous notes. Tart & dry with a defined Belgian presence and a witbier lean. Very refreshing on a pleasant day that makes me believe spring is just around the corner.

Draught. Light yellow coloured. Unclear. Dense white head. This is a typical belgian ale. A bit too bland for me though. Some vague spice and fruits in aroma and flavour. Notes of yeast. Is thin bodied. Has a sweet fruity end. Easy to forget beer IMO.

Orange color. Has a big sediment, unclear. Aroma is hoppy and has some fruity notes. Flavor is mostly clear bitter. Some spice too.
