Cloudy and yet transclucent golden with abundant and drinkable white mushroom cap of a head. Mild yeasty aroma. Medium mouthfeel, very easy drinking and a bit on fruity yeasty side. A bit drying finish. Bitterness and sweetness in aftertaste from malts.

A gift from a friend from Belgium. Suprisingly light yellow pour. Looks like any regular lager. Aroma is faint of banana and some buttery malts. Tastes spicey, some corriander. This tastes like a cross between a Tripel and a Wit. More on the Wit side in terms of strength. Zesty and refreshing. Light enough to drink a few and bold enough to put most session ales to shame.

Bottle from Jimbowood. Clear, golden color. Faint aroma of yeast and spice. Looks like a pale lager in my glass. The taste is light bodied, with some spice on the finish. This was pretty weak in terms of flavor, although it would be a good session beer. Reminiscent of a belgian triple mixed with a European lager.

Bottle. Clear golden color with moderate frothy head that diminished quickly with good lacing. Complex aroma of fruit and hops. Medium body. Full complex sweetbitter flavor with moderate sweet finish of medium duration. Good well balnced Belgian

Hazy orange with a white frothy head. Complex fruity aromas with a big blast of citrus zest and some sourness. Crisp with a pale malt accent, yeasty tartness and citrus fruits. Finishes with a note of spicy hops. Light, fresh and refreshing.

drank at Gollem in A’dam: golden colored beer that had a funky belgian aroma like La Chouffe, and tasted similar. Pretty nice and refreshing stuff.
