Hazy gold – frothy white head- nose of yeast, bananas, bubble gum, vanilla (very delicate nose) –taste of orange blossom, yeast, hints of citrus and clove – light sparkly body – sweet banana laced aftertaste

A simple and pleasant beer. Good but kind of expensive for what it is. Light, cloudy gold beer and a white head. Medium sweet malt and light fruit. Sort of a Belgian session beer. Solid but unremarkable.

Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, and hops. Flavor is smooth, sweet, and some bitter hops. Good body, decent beer.

Hazy yellow with a head of white. The aroma is spicy with touches of anise added to a typical Belgian funkyness. The flavor was mildly sweet with a dry hop finish. The palate was very light, almost watery, but there is enough flavor and aroma to make this one interesting.

Cloudy pale yellow, with a great big white head. Pleasent sour funk in the aroma. Nicely clean palate, with a sour, peppery flavor. Hints of citrus fruits. Crisp finish.

Delicious beer. A little hardier flavor than a tripel... like oaky, but not oaky. Woody, defintely. A nice woody ale. And a hearty ale.
