Apr 20, 2006 Pours clear yellow with small head. Aroma is unremarkable, mouthfeel is okay. Flavour is a little smoky, but otherwise this beer was boring.

Apr 19, 2006 Pours cloudy orange with a rocky white head. Clumpy lace clings along the glass. Aroma is yeasty, fruity, with fresh wheat (or at least it smells like wheat), lemon and spices. Flavor is sweet malt, citrus, and spices. Light and easy drinking. Not real complex but quite enjoyable.

Mar 21, 2006 Hazy golden color with a smallish, lasting and tight head. Pleasantly hoppy, fruity-malty aroma with a hint of candy and alcohol. Lemony-hoppy, malty flavor with some acidity. Medium-bodied palate with a bit foamy carbonation. Not a very complex brew, but the malt profile is quite pleasant and balanced. Nice one for the ABV.

Mar 15, 2006 Pours a golden yellow color that is slightly hazy with a rocky white head. Aroma reminds me of apple, lemon, challah bread. Light and crisp apple flavor with a hint of hint of citrus near the end. Not incredibly heavy or complex but rather refreshing nonetheless.

Feb 11, 2006 Bottle. I bought this beer straight from the brewer. When its fresh it’s a very intriguing beer - very complex. Sour and fizzy, but delightful. Nice head. Refermented in the bottle. Yeasty flavor. Unfortunately it does not age well. It gets "flat" by time.

Feb 8, 2006 Again, another bottle that must have been thru the ringer, because what I had wasn’t very good. Sour tasting with a bit of lemon to it. Not much of a bite. Another disappoitment.

Feb 6, 2006 Bottle. Beautiful hazy (not cloudy) gold, with a perfect size head of white foam, fed by a center stream of bubbles. Sweet aroma; flavor is all sugar, with a bit of fruit peel and apple rind, is a bit too watery and light on the flavor.

Jan 30, 2006 Golden amber lager like appearance with a nice thick, white creamy head. Not very aromatic, but some scents of lemon, pear, and green apple are apparent. Wow, the green apple really jumps out on the tongue, but after that, there isn’t much flavor. Dry, slightly bitter finish. Overall, a relatively one-dimensional beer with a touch of apple peel and almost no spice.
