33 cl bottle, ’bbe’ Sep 07, under the name ’Stimulo’. Brass amber, good haze, fine bubbles, small and unstable head. Fresh, gently biting hoppy and citrusy scent floating atop a heavier, denser honey aroma. An exquisite balance between a mellow malty and a harsh tart taste with unripe apples. Long hop bitter aftertaste giving off some tea aromas. Medium body teasing a bit.

poured a very nice light brown color. nice fluffy head that stuck around for a while. could see the sediment on the bottom of glass. nose consisted of citrus, grapefruit, apple, and maybe a little peach in there. very nice yeasty, malty, and overall fruity sweet tastes. tasted a little strong for a singel. very impressed, wil defenitely purchase again.

Poured hazy into snifter. Nice lacing as head dissipates. Smells of citrus and other fruits. Medium carbonation. A little tame for my taste.

Pours a cloudy yellow color with floaties, the head is thin and white. Aroma of apples, bread and yeast. Good flavor of bread, apples and yeast with a dry finish. The body is light with a dry texture and medium carbonation.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. ’Stimulo’. Hazy yellow with persistant head. Aroma of apricot, funky yeast. The finish is excellent with both acidic and hoppy notes. Lovely drop.

Bottled. Clear yellow colour. Light fruity nose with hop present. Rich on Co2, dry hoppy and grassy/herbal. Malty profile and little sourish.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry. Pours a hazy dark yellow with a large diminishing fluffy white head. Nice lacing. Fairly mild typical Belgian Ale aroma, no surprises here. Yeast, citrus, banana, apple, coriander and more. Flavour is yeasty with a touch of sourness, citrus and spices. Light bodied, palate has some acidness. This is just O.K.

Bottle (330ml). Shared with blankboy. Poured cloudy light lemon-yellow, lots of bubbles, decent bright white lasting soapy-foamy head. Average belgian wit aroma - sour lemon, apple, banana, sweet malt, spices, ash; not bad, nothing new here. Taste is mildly of lemon, somewhat grainy, stale spice, some fruit, hint of yeast, peppery on warming - very immobile mouthfeel, slightly sticky, dry - finishes slightly bitter. Very bland.
