Nov 15, 2005 Pours out pale amber with a weak white head. Aroma was cirtus, cloves, yeast. Fizzy and watery in the mouth. The flavor was spiced fruit and sour apples. Not enjoyable.

Nov 6, 2005 (bottle as Witkap Pater Stimulo) Hazy and pale golden colour with a diminishing frothy white medium head. Yeasty, fruity (citrus & peach) and wheat-malty aroma with a distinctive herbal and spicy (coriander) note. Bittersweet and spicy taste with grapefruits; dry and bitterspicy finish. Very okay.

Oct 28, 2005 Updated: Nov 4, 2005I paid $4.00 for a bottle of this at the local World Market, and while it’s not worth that much money it was still a very good ale. A nice, pale yellow color with a huge head that went down smooth. I detected a hint of raspberry, lemon, and chocolate. If I can somehow find it cheaper I would definitely drink it often.

Oct 17, 2005 No#19. Strange beer. Aroma is like a sweet cajun spice with extra chilli. Taste is like tyhme with a bonde corriander going on, decent body though.

Oct 6, 2005 i had to rate another beer while i waited on the head to settle from this beer. yellow color with a giant white head. smells malty and yeasty. taste is smooth and refreshing, maybe not something i would seek out, but this would be much better in the summertime than in the fall.

Oct 1, 2005 Bought at ABS. Bleak yellowish colour, with a large head and lots of lacing. Citrus aroma of yeast and hops, dito flavour, with some acidicness.
