Poured a light yellow/blond color with an averaged sized head. Citris aromas with some spice. Tastes like it smells. Not too impressed with this one.

Light pale golden, with fine thick head. Peach aromas though overall light nose. Light creamy, with sweet mid and dry finish with flavors of pear and peach with some light spice. Very nice

Cloudy blond color; nice creamy head. Quite good wheat beer, well malty and really spicy taste. Smooth. Good bitterness.

06.22.04 11.2oz Bottle. Cloudy, light straw; medium, bubbly head, clinging, sheeting lace. Aromas of orange, citrus, corriander, clove. Flavors are rahter bland, I thought. Slight green bell pepper, mild candy, some lemon. Palate is wet up front but turns briefly sour the quickly acidic and tart with a lingering hop bite that hints at spicey pepper. Pretty nice texture and aromas, just sort of bland, even for a singel.

One of my favorites. Great head of white, fluffy softness. Aroma of yeast and bannanas. Flavor is a combination of the same with a medium body. Appeared to have more than the average carbonation while in the glass, yet this was not reflected in the drink.

Aroma has that typical Belgian fruity ester along with some hay-like earthy notes. Pours a slightly hazy golden color, nice white head. Flavor is malty up front, with some fruitiness coming through in the middle, then it finishes kind of thin with a light hop flavor and moderate tartness. Medium-light in body, moderate carbonation, dry finish. Quite nice. A very drinkable Belgian session ale.
