Aroma is yeasty with citrus, spices and some malty sweetness. Flavor is thick with Belgian yeasts, but the citrus and spice lighten it considerably. Surprisingly easy drinking... | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 18, 2009 Tap at Maproom. Nice cloudy yellow pour with large white head. Aroma is lemon, floral nops, light malt. Flavor is true to nose, very effervescent, light and refreshing. This would be dangerous on a nice summer day with no obligations. Aroma isn’t outstanding, light fruit, yeast, some farmhouse, a little light zest, some earth and hops. Flavor is light as well, malt, some faint farmhouse, spices, some hops, dry. Mouth feel is light body with high fizzy carbonation. Overall, pretty refreshing beer, but not worth the money I spent....$4.00 for a bottle... OleR (2082), Oslo, Norway

Big thick white head. Spices, yeast and citrus zest to the nose, very refreshing. Taste is dry and citrus-fruity, tangy and spiced with a fresh sourness. Lively and light-bodied. Sparkling mouthfeel. Ends up bone dry and fruity. What a quencher! fata2683 (886), Panama City, Florida, USA

Light hay with some faint maltiness that turns to a lemon peel bitterness in the finish. Carbonation is heavy with a very crisp mouthfeel. Refreshing. Elwood (677), Leesburg, Virginia, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 2, 2009 33 cl bottle. Pale, opaque, yellow color with a large, pillowy, white head. Lemon, soap, and lime in the nose. Medium carbonation with a light mouthfeel. A bit of spiciness, yeast, lemon, lime, and soap on the palate. I have a slight reminder of pledge furniture polish. Clean, lemony finish. For some reason, nothing about this beer resonated with with me. I found it wholly unremarkable. satan165 (595), River Grove, Illinois, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 15, 2009 Never seen this happen - there was no air in this bottle. The beer was literally just beneath the cap. Pours a very light yellow with a thick, pillowy head. Aroma is really nice - bright citrus, maybe some tart apple, mild spices and floral hops. For all the carbonation in here, the mouthfeel isn’t too lively. Breakfast cereal notes dominate the flavor, with some bitter hops countering a tinny fruit flavor. Very crisp, very light-bodied and extremely drinkable - flavorful for how light it is, but it isn’t really a flavor I’m enjoying much.
