Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with an average, rocky, white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, straw, meal), average hops (flowers, grass), average yeast (barnyard, earth) with notes of grape, pear, and cask. Light bodied, mineral texture, lively carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, very lively carbonation, hazy with a firm creamy off-white head; peppery and fruity (orange peel) nose with a herbal hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, creamy MF, medium bodied; a mix of fruity aromas is followed by a hoppy bitterness in the long lasting finish. A fine brew.........

Cloudy blonde with a vigorous fish bowl of carbonation feeding a light creamed head full of Brussels lacing. Lightly, effervescently yeasty, perhaps some wheat and uric acid, and farmousey aroma. Crisp. Earthy, yeasty flavor played upon lightly by phenols. mostly clove. Crisp, sprightly body. Flavorful , lively, and refreshing.

From the bottle. Gold hazy body with a soft white head. Fairly hoppy throughout, soft esters and a hint of citrus. Sort of earthy cellar mustiness to the body, not as pronounced as Orval, but along that line.

Draught at TND: Aroma of lemon, Mr. Clean, and yeast. Poured pale yellow in color with a large, rocky, foamy, white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Good lacing. Flavor is slightly sweet. Tastes of yeast, dust, slight lemon, and pale malts. Light to medium body. Dry, slightly thin texture. Average to lively carbonation. Yeasty, dusty, medium dry finish.
