An orange beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is of cloves and fruit. The flavor sweet with notes of yeast, wheat, cloves, and peaches. A nice Belgian light beer...

(Bottle 33 cl) Comes as "Witkap Pater Stimulo". Pale, cloudy golden with a neat, white head. Lovely flowery nose, and is that some wheaty, fruity esters I detect in there? Actually I do get a witbier-feel about this - could be the spicing. But this is fresh and quenching, and a very atypical abbey ale. 210697

ZBF2008: From bottle, as Witkap Pater Stimulo. Pours clear yellow with a collapsing white head. Light spiced and citric aroma. Flavour is bitter, subdued caramel and a mild yeasty and mellow flavour. Ends slight soapy.

Bottled. Cloudy golden appearance. Acidic, citric nose. Fruity, and slight less malty than Witkap Pater Tripel. Fresh lactic acid finish.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, white creamy longlasting head. Sweet citrus and wheat in flavour and aroma. Also hints of alcohol in flavour. Too sweet for me. Also kind of "La Swaf!"ish aftertaste. Dishwater.
