Pale murky gold ale with lots of carbonation. Taste and smell are lager-ish, some hops, wheat and a sour finish not much balance to the sourness.
Certainly I’ve had better similar blonde ales.

Oct 9, 2008 Light bread and hay. Small frothy head. Good lacing that is mostly diminishing. Murky body with medium yellow color. light body with soft carbonation. Pretty bland.

Sep 29, 2008 The beer i’ve tasted in Amsterdam was called Witkap Pater Stimulo. Pale yellow hazy appearance with a nice head. Spicey, peppery aroma. Fine mouthfeel but a bit watery texture, appel-lemony taste with a sweet flavor of yeast and some malt.

Sep 25, 2008 Bottle from By the Bottle in Vancouver, WA--Poured a light lemony white-golden hue. Hazy with a thick white head. Spicy, yeasty nose. MIldly peppery with some bubblegum phenols. Very smooth and enjoyable.
