Nov 2, 2009 Bottle. Pours hazy strawgolden. Thick white head, fades fast. Lots of yeast. Citrushop nose, oranges, marmelade. Yeasty aroma, biscuit, dough. Lots of coriander. Decent, balanced, very drinkable.

Sep 6, 2009 Amber colour with fine white head. Aroma is roasted malt with some fruit. Taste is again roasted malt and caramel and some yeast. Finish is a little thin. Quite refreshing ale and easy to drink.

Apr 26, 2009 Bottle at Poechenellekelder. Hazy amber color. Good beige head. Solid fruit and yeast aromas. Med. body with smooth carbonation. Flavor is mildly suggestive of wood or funk - with lots of fruits. Dry. Finishes with light bursts of citrus. A clean tasting beer. Ends up something herbal after awhile. Very, very good.
