This beer pours with an opaque golden orange color, white frothy head, and a pungent fruity aroma with hints of grapefruit, citrus, and spices. The flavor is lightly bitter and dries out on the finish with some lemon and dried fruit notes. Compared to the aroma it seems a bit thin and has a quite mild palate, again drying on the finish. Good.

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a thin white head. Good aroma of bready yeast and citrus. Good but mellow flavor of bready yeast and citrus. The body is light with an oily texture and gentle carbonation.

(33cl bottle) Pours a frothy white head atop a clear amber body. A great floral nose with ash, citrus and cilantro. Very flavourful and yummy to drink. I really like this one. (Purchased through Bieropholie Private Imports).

Bottle at home. Wonderful floral bouquet. Orange colored. Dense, complicated tastes. Quite spicey. Fruity. Coriander finish. Very prickly mouthfeel.

Bottle pours pale golden with a short white head that fades quick back to a layer. Aromas of apple, yeast, and some light spice. Flavor is mainly yeast but there are some apple notes and a good amount of spice too. Slight carbonation crisp mouthfeel. Drinkable but certainly not worth the premium for a trappist ale..

This yellow ale poured with a massive white head. The flavor is a bit thin with the normal candy sugar flavor of a tripel, as well as a yeasty fruitiness. Not as good as the Single.

Bright yellow colour with a big creamy head. Coriander, citrus, alcohol, earth and yeast in the aroma. Light bitter flavour, with a somehow fruity but acidic finish. Full bodied. A good one.

Golden translucent blonde with some yeast and lace. Funky cidery yeast smell. Creamy and bold yeasty fruity mouthfeel that tingles and numbs the tongue concomittant with aggressive carbonation
