Sampled at Famous Liquors Fall /Oktoberfest Tasting in Lombard,IL.. Poured to a plastic sampler a hazy, deep gold with a white bubbly foam to the head and web-like lacing. The aroma was yeast, spice, and some perfumy citrus. The flavor added soft malt, brown sugar sweetness, slight alcohol, and light tartness. The finish was lightly bitter/dry. An average but decent Tripel.

A clear golden colored beer, with a thick white foamy head. The aroma of fruity fres malts. Strong orange/citrus. The taste of malts, grain and fruits like citrus with some spicey tones and bitterness. The aftertaste is bittersweet.

Pale hazy yellow with a large lasting white head, aroma is citrus and faint spice, similar orangey hoppy aroma - nice but far from the best Tripel.

Bottle. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is gently spiced, and the flvaour is mildly warming and spiced. Overall a nice but average tripel.

Bottled 33cl. Surprisingly pale, lactic appearance. Beautiful tall, nicely remaining creamy white head. Coriander, orange peel, candy, lemon, hops, a lot of melon and yeast in the nose. Coriander, blood orange, clove, white bread, arabic gum and orange peel in the taste. There is a nice bite to this beer. Yeasty with a great aromatic hop profile. Strong carbonation. Medium bodied. Very drinkable. Good lacework. Extremely smooth and creamy. Perfect balance. Dry finish which is reminiscent of coriander and lime. A deeply pleasant subtle Tripel. Very impressive! I reveled in every sip. Additional comment: Like a strong belgian wit. Excellent!

Cloudy gold with big fluffy white head, good lacing. Not much aroma, as usual my nose is knackered though. Tastes more like a lager / blonde than a tripel. Little vanilla and fruity spicyness. Little bit boring for me.

From a tap in to a Tulip glass. Pour was Golden and cloudy with a medium head and very little lacing. Aroma was sweet with some banana. Soft mouthfeel. Taste was light and crisp of banana, spice, coriander and apple.
