Jul 11, 2006 (Draught at Akkurat, stockholm) Colour is straw yellow, with a frothy lasting head. Nose is fruity, yeasty and spicy with hints of lemon peel. Taste is fruity and spicy (can’t put my finger on any particular spice though) with hints of citrus. Balanced sweetness and balanced bitterness in the finish. Very good.

Jun 3, 2006 A yellow, little hazy coloured one with a large white head. A very spicy aroma, accompanied with some fruity hints like some citrus and a light yeast alcoholic undertone. Full body, with a finish that is quiet bitter with again a slightly alcoholic undertone. I thought this was a decent tripel.

Rerated fresh bottle. Beer is hazy light golden yellow with an average, frothy, white, mostly lasting head.<P>
The aroma is malty with a light notes of toasted grain; Hoppy with light notes of resin, lemon zest, moderate grassy herbal note; Yeasty with a moderate note of attic, light note of floral-scented soap, trace of dish rag; Moderate miscellaneous note of alcohol.<P>
The flavor is lightly sweet, trace acidic and lightly bitter with a short, trace acidic/citric, lightly sweet finish. Lemony retros.<P>
The body is medium, the texture is velvety and the carbonation is lively.

May 6, 2006 Updated: May 8, 2006Bottled. Golden pour and a rich creamy white head. Delicious yeasty aroma with notes of coriander, citrus, and funk. Tastes tart, light bitterness, moderate-to-heavy citrus and acid. Heavily spiced with some acidic texture. Smooth feel except for the light burn in the middle of the tongue. Dry. Spice lingers - coriander. My 50th rated Belgian.

May 5, 2006 Bottle. Golden beer with a huge white head. Green apple, citrus, and yeasty spiceiness in the aroma. Great complex flavor with nothing overpowering: malt, yeast, spice, lemon, floral, slight alcohol, clove... Fades into a well-rounded profile. Subtle and easy drinking
