Hazy golden color with a medium white head. Unique aroma, soapy (think irish spring), flowers and herbal notes. Citrusy flavor, lemon-zest, soft and floral yeasty notes. Thanks IPFreely.

Pours a hazy, greenish-yellow, pear-like, lots of rising carbonation. Head is perfectly full - lasts for the entire drinking - with tiny bubbles, so small, it is basically one transparent white mass. Aroma is like cider, with cutting citrus and vinegar, along with apples, peroxide, slight clove, soft banana, and even softer mint. Taste is brisk, sharp and bold flavors of asaid apple and acidic lemon, spicy with clove, orange peel, coriander spice and well-reasoned alcohol. There is some dusty basement/vegetablely flavors, but its not too big of a deal. Aftertaste is malt, bubble gum, lesser apricot and pineapple. All said, great beer, average Tripel. Sampled from a 330ml bottle, purchased at Chevy Chase Wine & Spirits in Washington, DC.

(04.01.06) 330 mL brown bottle purchased at The Tree pub, Beijing, China. ABV 7.5%. Bottle states that best consumed before 10/04. Poured hazy orange with medium white head. Soft carbonation. Fruity aroma in the nose. Medium bodied Belgium ale that starts with light sweet malt with tangy spicy fruity flavor. Finishes with light malt fade. Smooth, flavorful and clean tasting. No funky medicinal phenols. No discernable hops. An excellent tripel, one of the best that I’ve tried thus far.

Pours cloudy straw with a frothy head that lasts for the duration of the beer. Aromas is heavily floral with passionfruit and some mild spicing. The body is lite but not thin with a perfect level of CO2. Flavor is simple, straight-foreward but delicious with orange, corriander and rose petals. The finish is med. dry. A very nice summer time tripel.

Hazy light golden with a large white foamy head. Very nice aroma of citrus and dark fruit. Flavor is much the same, sweet, with some noticable spice, then finishing with a drier, hoppy finish. Medium-light body.

Bottle. Aroma is grass, with lemon and peaches. This hazy yellow triple has a great hoppy, yeasty lemon grapefruit taste with a little spice. Medium carbonation. A bit of a dry finish. A nice brew, mmmmm, I want more.

Slightly cloudy yellow body with a large white head. The head is thick and reminds me of egg whites. The aroma is prunes with some cinnamon and peaches. A very inviting aroma for a tripel that gets more fruit as it warms. The taste is dry prunes with some flowery notes and a slightly biter finish of apple core. There is also some Cinnamon, but it is faint in the mouth after the beer is gone. Soft carbonation makes this a smooth drinker for the high abv, A solid tripel. I want to try more from the brewer as this is only my second from them.
