Pours hazy gold with a big white head. Aroma of pineapple, malt. A bit too gassy, but as the chill eases off the malty flavour comes through, with lots of alcohol and lots more pineapply notes, a little herby peppery hops as well. Not as well balanced as it could be, but a nice tripel.

Pours crazy light - pale, hazy yellow - with a big head. Aroma is yeast, and stale citrus hops with a spicy background (pepper and coriander). The pepper really comes through in the flavor, and the yeast remains prominent - this is almost doughy. Still crisp, though, and a nice dry refresher. Good, but I’d take others over it.

Pours very light yellow with a snow white head. The aroma is very sweet with some banana, earthy yeast, light bread, pils malt, a hint of spice and some hoppiness. Medium / light body that’s very crisp with an over-abundance of carbonation. The flavor starts much like the aroma, but is on the dry side with a lot more spice. An okay tripel.

Bottle. Poured golden with a huge white head. Aroma was reminded me a bit of white wine, a bit odd. Flavor is nice a bit of tartness under a sweet honey flavor. Enjoyed it.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a white head. Very aromatic with sweet jasmine, banana, spices, and overipe fruit. Great aroma. The taste is spicy with coriander being prominent. Very lively brew with an appley flavor. Pretty dry, as the good hop character mingles with the spicyness. It ends on a slight alcoholic note.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange golden with a medium frothy white head that lasts awhile leaving behind good sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a floral hops with a lot of sweet fruit. Medium mouthfeel with a very sweet fruit taste with a very bitter finish. Alcohol present but not too overbearing, a good abbey tripel from BS.

My first legal high gravity purchase at an Alabama bar. Bottle. Poured a hazy gold with a thin white head. Nose is full of citrusy fruits. Flavor is sweet and fruity with a heavy dose of yeast. Bittersweet finish. Nice.

This was $4.69 and a pretty good buy for a beer of this quality. Pored a cloudy orange with a foamy white and long lasting head and good lacing. Nose of caramel malts, coriander, and floral yeast Smooth and light mouthfeel. Lots of flavors with some apple. Very easy to drink and enjoyable.
