Feb 12, 2004 An orange beer with a fine white head. The aroma is of corriander, oranges, and yeast. The flavor is slightly acidic with notes of oranges and corriander. The alcohol is slightly felt as it runs across the tongue. It ends on a dry corriander note. All in all an OK beer.

May 20, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Deep orangey golden, very cloudy with loads of yeasty sediment. Extremely flowery nose with lots of yeast in there too. Dry, refreshing with a slightly bitter finish. A nice summer-beer I would think. 151293

Mar 9, 2008 ZBF2008: From tap. Pours pale and clear yellow with a collapsing white head. Very mild spice note. Flavour is light caramel malty and with a very mild spice note. Goes into a smooth and light yeasty finish. Rather thin triple, not bad though.

Jul 26, 2005 Bottle. Nice aroma, yeasty, sweet and fruity. Clear golden colour. The head is white and semi-stable. Looks fine and creamy. Flavour is also quite yeasty. The bitterness is uncompromising, but without getting too harsh for me. The flavour is very clean compared to other tripels, which suits me fine. Carbonation is below average and gives the beer a creamy feel. In my opinion, this is one of the better examples of a tripel.

Dec 22, 2006 Bottled. Cloudy yellow colour with huge creamy head. Aroma is citrus fruits, yeast and slight cooked vegetables. Flavour is wheat, acidic fruits and cooked vegetables. The vegetably notes seem to be something typical for the witkap series atleast. In a bad way. This would be nice, if it wouldn’t be for the vegetably notes. hides it’s alcohol% very well. Nice palate in this one too, pleasantly carbonated and also the flavour makes a kind of fullflavoured mouthfeel.
