In our favourite pub, ’Ostends Bierhuis’, the owner loves this beer and told us it is the best one in Belgium. We tried it, and we cannot say he was wrong. (Still the same opinion 30april 2002)

Bottle, 33 cl. @ Bles beer festival. Tasted it also many times months and years ago. Golden colour. Medium body, white head that laced well. Lemons, pears and some honey. A very nice and drinkable Tripel.

Tap. Maproom Bar. Wow. This was great. Perfect on a hot day. Light and spiced to perfection. Alcohol is masked by bready malt, lemon and banana.

Hazy golden with a large white head, nice lacing. Orangey, yeasty aroma. Nice taste of citrus, honey, and spices. Nicely complex and full bodied. One of the best triples.

This is a very good triple... Some moments very fruity, other moments more bitter. One of my favourites

Simply the best triple. This one has a very mild taste if you compare it with others triples. Bitter, fruity, citrus, honey...

Bottle from Beers of Europe. This has long been one of my favourite Tripels and it didn’t let me down. Orangey aroma with funky yeast. Good mouthfeel, slightly wersch acidic finish. Very refreshing and a slightly unusual taste.
