Draught @ The Wharf, Aalborg. Pink colour, small head. Fresh berry raspberry sweet aroma. The flavour is fresh and sweet with plenty of raspberries.

Pours a hazy mustard-pink with a nice creamy head with poor retention. Aroma is sweet and kriek-like. Tastes generically tart although not so much as to interest even the most attentive of tastebuds - mostly sweet. Carbonation is so-so. This didn’t taste artificial so much as bland and devoid of any real character. Meh.

The fruit beer pours a bright raspberry color from an 25cl can. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is raspberry, some wheat and sweet. A light to medium bodied fruit beer. The malts are fruity and sweet. Lots of raspberry flavors, but the problem is that it tastes kind of artificial, kind of the diet soft drink kind of sweetness. Which might be OK in a Diet Coke, but doesn’t really work well here. The aftertaste of the sweeter really detracts and distracts from the beer flavors. It is almost an alco-pop, but there is some wit beer flavors in here, not much, but some. I am kind of glad it’s a small can. Nice carbonation. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is raspberries and artificial sweetener.

(Can) Pours a hazy copper color with a good amount of white head. Strong fruity aroma... somewhat artificial. Taste is similar, with other berry flavors in addition to the raspberry. Mediocre palate. Sour finish. The beer was pretty balanced overall, but the initial sip was too sweet. Tastes a lot like Leinenkugal’s Berry Weiss...

Hazy dull beige colour. Strong raspberry syrup aroma is both candyish and heavy on the added citric acid. Could not be more artificial. Flavour is equally fake - sweet & sour - actually is strong blueberry rather than raspberry. What, the syrup supplier screwed up and nobody noticed?

It’s rare that I have to rate a beer that I dislike this much. Dare I say, nastier than a warm American Bud? I do. Artificial flavors? Please, give me a Red Bull and spare the pretense. Bright pink wine cooler caliber crap. I can’t say enough bad things about this.

Pours odd orange/pink. Smells of processed rasberries some wheat. Mouthfeel is fizzy, thin, drying...horrid. Finishes with a nasty aspartame/sachrine finish that is sweet and oddly dehydrating at the same time. Nasty, nasty, stuff.

Can that looks like it should contain something like red bull. Pours rosey copper with a generous white head. Smells of raspberry puree, coriander, lots of sweet wheat. Tastes of processed raspberries, lemons, some tarteness. Drinkable but too much of an alcopop for me.
