Hazy, golden with a moderate head. The flavour is sweetish with notes of orange and other citrus fruits. It’s refreshing but very different from the average wit.

Bottle from the rake. What is this junk floating around the rim of my beer?! Yuck. Hazy wheat with a thin white head. Top floating yeasty yummies ruin the aesthetic and very nearly, my beer appetite. Nose of honey, lemon and grass. Taste of apple, citrus and wheat with a slight tinge of alcohol at the start. Slight edge of spice. Finish of freshly cut grass. I didn’t totally hate it, but it did make my tummy hurt.

Bottled - Derby Winterfest 07. A very hazy orangey yellow coloured beer with no head. The aroma is spicy and yeasty with some orange fruit. The taste is juicy and very fruity. Some spice. A very extreme over fruity wit.
