Aroma is wheatish, metallic and surprisingly there are lager-type aromas. In the flavour there are wheat and some spicys. Easy to drink but still body is strong enough. Whitebeer with lager-like features is not convince and still there are nothing special. Slightly disapointment. yespr (12184), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Flavour follows this with a dry wheaty flavour. Light citrus twist before the finish and a mild coriander note. VitaminR (434), Colorado, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 27, 2008 Bottle. Light sour, lemon & citrus, spicy, refreshing smell. Small white fizzy head, fast and fully diminishing, cloudy light yellow body. Light acidic flavor, short duration. Light body, light dry texture and a lively carbonation. Nice refreshing Belgian Wit Bier, good one for a hot summer day. santos999 (318), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 1/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 15, 2008 Pours a cloudy, dull, lifeless, murky yellow with a large, bone white head. Smells like lemon meringue pie. Super carbonated in the mouth, with lemon, wheat, and spicy notes. A doughy finish balances it out nicely. Overall not bad, but nothing to write home about. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 13, 2008 Fragrant and sweet, this Belgian Witbier is a far better example of the style than the more popular Hoegaarden.
Excellent color and nose with a smooth sweet finish. junon (221), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Feb 7, 2008 Citrus nose. Not banana smelling like a German wheat and not similar to other Belgian Witbiers such as Hoegaarden. Appearance is interesting. Again not like a classic German or what Ive come to know as a Belgian White. Looks most strikingly like a lemonade. Lemony in both appearance and aroma. This is truly a first for me. Taste is fruity once again seems to be more of lemon lime rather than banana. This example even has a pulpy appearance. Im liking this a lot. A LOT. PhillyBeer2112 (2087), Orange Park, Florida, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 4, 2008 Interesting witbier - and while not the best tasting, it is possibly the best looking one I’ve seen. Its cloudy white (with just a tint of yellow) clearly reveals the origin of the name white beer. So cloudy its nearly opaque, and also generated a thick layer of creamy head. Aroma was heavily wheaty, with a light coriander spice nose. Flavor was also wheaty but the coriander was supplanted by a stronger orange peel in the flavor. Light and zesty but a touch too sweet to be exactly refreshing. Moderate acidity.
