Dec 18, 2007 12oz bottle part of beers of world variety. pours a crystallic muddy yellow with a white head. very little aroma but what I detect is citrusy and acidic. the initial hit to the palate is very appealing.. hints of vanilla and lemon dance on my tongue while a slight tartness abruptly pushes the taste into its next phase.. smooth finish with a very light yet apparent body. good refrehsing belgian

Dec 16, 2007 Tap. Light straw and light bread notes for the malts, light lemon for the hops, light mustiness for the yeast, with a light spiciness in the background. Head is small, creamy white, with good lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is murky pastel yellow. Flavor is lightly sweet and acidic to start, and lightly acidic and very lightly bitter in the finish. Palate is light, watery/creamy and has a lively carbonation. Drinkable but a light beer all around, a bit boring.

Dec 14, 2007 Bottled. Hazy lemon-orange color with a creamy white head. Lots of lemon in the aroma with a few nice notes of yeast and spiciness. Lots of carbonation, decent body. Slightly tart upfront. Leads into a bit more lemon, orange and coriander. Slightly sour finish, quick. Pretty refreshing, nice wit.

Nov 27, 2007 Canned. Poured hazy milky golden with a short cap of white head and rising carbonation. The aroma picked up semi-sweet banana, caramel, and lighter fruits with a bit of bubblegum and dried cloves just behind.. hit the style very well. The flavor found tart wheat and peppery spices on the tip of the tongue followed by banana, pear, and apple sweetness over the middle.. spices, wheat tartness, and dried fruit on the finish.. decent flow, but a bit too sweet. Sweet and grainy on the palate with a sweet finish.. decent brew.

Nov 25, 2007 Light body, pours a cloudy lemonade into the mini-weizen glass from the tap. Grainy palate with wheaty doughy flavor and a tiny tiny tiny amount of lemony flavor. Barely above average.
