Jun 29, 2006 Good Belgian white. Cloudy white color, with nice white head. Aroma of spices and banana. Taste of citrus. Nice finish, and seems to be a lot like a wheat beer more than a belgian white.

Jun 26, 2006 In the 330 mL bottle from Council Bluffs HyVee. Pours a beautiful silky pale yellow white with gratuitous yeast afloat. Fine aroma of banana bread and cloves. A bit of lemon zest is present. This is a medium-flavored beer: the taste just does not live up to the beautiful appearance. Spice on the tongue is mild and the predominant flavor is wheat with not as much lemon or banana as the aroma promised. A quick and easy drinker, I was not disappointed.

Jun 26, 2006 Pours very cloudy pale yellow with white head. Aroma is wheat malt and peppery citrus. Upfront wheat flavors which is followed by a late citrusey and spicey flavor. Clean finish, refreshing, simple wheat beer characteristics.

Jun 20, 2006 I can drink several of these - not exactly a session beer but I need at least 2 or 3. Nothing overwhelmingly complex, just a nice simple witbier. A little citrus and spice, just not enough to make it memorable.

Jun 19, 2006 Good drinking on a hot summer day. Straw like clear yellow color with a white head. Mild aroma of citrus and spice. Easy drinking, light bodied, and dry. Flavors of lemon, banana, and spice. Simply refreshing.

Jun 15, 2006 Updated: Jan 11, 2007Can... Opaque, off-white ale with yellow highlights and a small, frothy, white head. Citric, breadsy nose. Spices seem to have been disregarded which makes me happy. Balanced, tart ’n’ tangy, yeasty flavor. Almost medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Short, crisp, clean finish. Very refreshing! Not brewed to style in that there seems to be no spices added. However, this is a "Best-Of-Show" notebook and I like what I like. I just stumbled upon my new favorite summer session beer!
