| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 27, 2009 12oz can. Pours a hazy, dull whitish-yellow color; thin off-white head with patchy lacing. Light aroma of bananas, light clove, and lemon soda; very light nose; like seltzer water and hefeweizen. Medium mouthfeel: lively, fluffy carbonation; solid amounts of lemon seltzer water, bananas, and lightly toasted malts upfront; basic biscuity malts; light character overall, but, in all honesty, I could drink a fair amount of this; an effervescent, light witbier. Medium finish: toasty malts, light banana, a touch of light spiciness. coldmeat23 (233), Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 11, 2009 Lightly golden yellow and light cloudiness. Doesn’t look that far removed from macro swill. Nice two finger head of creamy mid-density white foam. Dissipation is quick. Very good lacing, though.
Smell is only slightly better than appearance. Yeasty, musty wheat smells are intermingled with more pleasant citrus and coriander notes. Citrus is primarily orange.
Taste is not much more than average. Slight citrus flavor, but not much spice, just a little bit in the back of your throat, that fades quickly. Tastes dirty, almost.
I don’t like the carbonation in this. Reminds me too much of drinking macros.
While you could drink many of these, easily, I wouldn’t ever find the reason to do so.
It just makes me think that this is a witbier that jocks and meatheads could love.

Light citrus on the nose along with some skunk. Maybe a mishandled bottle, but the nose for me is unimpressive. Taste wise it is enjoyable. Light lemon and orange, bready flavors, and some yeast. very light and refreshing. troopie (879), USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Oct 27, 2009 bottle, yellow/white colour with medium and stable white head. Smell: malty and a bit like a cheap beer. Taste: citrus fruit, lemon, malty, sweet. You can taste it’s ’pils’-brother (the bavik). Very average and maybe too much lemon dominated witbier. Not my style. marcus (1864), Sacramento, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Oct 23, 2009 This hazy yellow beer poured from a can with a massive white head that started to subside right away. There is a sour wheat aroma and a very thin wheat flavor with a bit of citrus and not much else. Very watery.
