Pours a cloudy light amber with a thin off white head. Remarkable toast-out-of-the-oven aroma. Delicious honey flavors. This is incredible. A delicate beer that is somewhat underrated here at 3.1.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 5, 2008 Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a whiite head. Quite sweetish on the nose, with fruits and some grains. Sweet, malty flavor with apples, sweetness and a touch of cooked vegetables. Full body. Finish with apples, sugar and a pleasant bitterness. Some notes of cooked vegetables I wish were absent. A quite decent heller bock, but not impressing. Cooked vegetables should be easy to get rid of, but the rest of it is decent.
