Commercial Description:
Wolaver's All-American Ale is 100% certified organic, and brewed only with ingredients sourced here in the USA. The beer incorporates the organic Fuggles and Goldings hops with organic malts and the brewery's house yeast for a smooth and delicious ale. The beer has a pleasant balance of pale and roasted malts and noble hop aroma.

Cask at Blind Tiger. Deep amber with little head. Thin bodied with light carbonation. Aroma is of citrus and pine hops, with a light caramel malt background. The flavor is nice and full of fresh citrus and pine notes, fruity, light bready malts, and some caramel. Finishes with light dryness. Very enjoyable.

Cask at Blind Tiger. Deep amber/light brown beer with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet and nutty with a bit of cocoaish character as well. Softly nutty and chewy with a light astringency. A little bit of sticky sweetness as well. Meh.
