Golden-yellow in color with a minuscule head. Only a slight bit of haziness. Aroma is straight lemon citrus with some sweet nectarine. Abrasive flavor - acidity is off the wall - with slight sweet maltiness and lemon zest. Sour, grainy finish. Organic, schmorganic - this is a poor Belgian white.

Sep 5, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Whole Foods Charlottesville. Hazy pour and a color somewhere between peach and lemon. One finger white head lasts quite some time. Very yeasty nose with some pear, spice and banana notes. Very dry taste with notes of lemon, yeast and spice. A little tart.

Aug 12, 2008 Bottle... Poured a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is spicy with some yeasty hops. A little too carbonated that made it overbearing in the mouth. Flavors were also slightly awkward and just too much of a spicy tartness and soapy aftertaste.

Aug 7, 2008 Pours light straw colored with a thin frothy white head. Overly spiced, orange peel and coriander aroma, some creamy wheat also. First taste is good, however its all downhill from there. Strangely bitter aftertaste. Tastes like spiced spring-water. Strongly carbonated, light and crisp body, however its really awkward in the mouth without any flavor. Not terrible, but not worth my time to drink at home... next.

Jul 17, 2008 The aroma is slightly musty with wheat old fruit and cheese. The appearance is hazy gold with a tiny head. The flavor is like the aroma and not that good. The palate is watery. Overall this is not that great it’s palatable but not something I would drink again.
