Commercial Description:
This wolf is complex, but know what he’s doing. With six specialty malts, the flavoring is magnificent and unforgetable. Locks Timberwolf is full-bodied with fresh nutty aroma, notes of caramel, and raisen, brown sugar and a grainy texture. A real treat for the dark beer drinker!

Brewed by The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery for the Wolf Beer Company

Brown pour with tan head. Nuts and malts in the aroma, semi sweet caramel flavor but also kind of watery. Considering who brewed this I was a bit disappointed.

Brown with little head. Smell of nutty goodness. Taste just plain lacks. Not nearly in the same category as the typical Duck Rabbit line beers.

Pours a dark brown with a one finger frothy tan head. The nose is sweet, grainy, some soy, off. The flavor is bad, soy sauce, sweet, grainy. Thin grainy palate.

Bottle. Oldstylecubfan. Thanks!! Brown pour. Ligh head. Roasted aroma with some nuts and caramel. Flavor has lots of caramel, some roasted nuts and very light hops. Ok.

Tap at flying saucer. Brown with a fluffy off white head, surprisingly no lace. Light roast and hazel nuts on the nose. Thin bodied. Grainy flavor slightly unbalanced

Draught at the WBF in Raleigh. Pours brown, with a medium off-white head. Aroma is slightly roasty, sweet. Flavor is grainy, thin, malts are not all together. Little disappointing.
