Commercial Description:
A balanced India Pale Ale brewed with massive quantities of malt & hopped with warrior and centennial. Bronze Award at the 2004 LA County Fair for American Style I.P.A.'s. Great with hearty or spicy foods.

On tap poured a slightly hazed orange color with small off white head. Aroma was semi hoppy with good caramel malt. The flavor had a medium bitterness with a nice malty balance. Not a west coast IPA, but easy to drink.

On tap at brewery. Hazy orange color with froathy tan head. Aroma was lacking a bit and the flavor was more malty than hoppy, it did have a good biterness to it though. Below average IPA for my liking.

Good IPA, very basic, not to aggresive, although not too crazy either. Would definitley recommend it though.

Loads of IPA in nose and taste. Nice light orange/copper color. Overall, a good IPA.
