Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 26, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) Pours pilsener golden with a small, white head. Malty nose with plenty of pilsener malt and some fresh, lightly floral notes. Light, hoppy finish. Quite lovely for a pale (Heller) Bock. Comes in a cool and classy longneck bottle. 190206 yespr (6259), Copenhagen O, Denmark Apr 1, 2008 33 cL bottle, trade with Koelschtrinker. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Light mouldy and cornish aroma. Flavour is mildly spiced, sweetish corn and light caramel. Smooth finish with a light cornish sweetness. MiP (4951), Flensburg, Germany Apr 23, 2008 Bottle, 6.7%. Rough spent grain aroma. Clear yellow colour, small white head. The flavour starts off with a very uncompromising bitterness. Then it turns very malty with a little smoke and a little cream. Quite surprising, and not bad. fonefan (4333), Ulfborg, Denmark Apr 4, 2008 Bottle.
