Cask at the Wellington Arms, Bedford. Dark brown with a small white head. Sweet aroma, malty taste with some sourness. Excellent.

mild hoppy aroma, pours with a dark brown/red hue and a frothy head, highly hopped flavour with a sharp peppery finish, pretty good and loads of floaters

Cask conditioned at The Live & Let Live, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. Dark brown beer with malty head. Smooth malty, if thin mild. A degree of fruitiness with touches of bramble and a sharp tangy finish. Not quite there for me though.

Cask Conditioned, at the Wenlock Arms, London.
I suspected this to be a more lightly coloured mild. Deep dark mahogany brown body, with a nicely set, frothy tan head. Sweet malts and caramel smooth pass smoothly across the lips without any objection at all. Another good session beer in the same session at the Wenlock.
