Nov 9, 2009 Bottle. Musty, sour lactic acid and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy straw color with minimal head. Sour lactic acid, musty lemon, wheat malt flavor. Light barnyard aftertaste. Very gueuze-like, just a bit lighter. A great beer to drink on the 20th Anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall.

Sep 21, 2009 Bottle@Home. Sulfer, leather and citrus aroma. Pale yellow colour, fine white head, good lace. Sweetish, very sour, citric, citrus. Bit thinnish but still ok. Nice brew, quite exceptional, a little body would be fine.

thanks to Bullseye for this. Cleanish yellow with a good white head. An excellent funky and sour Berliner Weisse. Fruity and tart. Loads of lemon, good level of carbonation. Really drinkable. Proper summers day drink.

Jun 23, 2009 (50cl bottle) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, barnyard, horse blanket, and earthiness. Flavor of tart lemon, funky brett, and some vinegar. Very refreshing summer beer. Excellent!

Jun 22, 2009 Yellow-green colour. Fresh tart aroma and some celery nose. Light body. Quite effervescent, again with celery notes and a clean lactic tartness. Fresh and dry, a tasty example.

Jun 11, 2009 Bottle at WSF, shared by Bu11zeye I believe (thanks Marcus!). Milky yellow. Super refreshing. Enters acidic and then turns lactic. The carbonation level is great and the palate is nice and granular. Really enjoyed this.

May 19, 2009 Bottle received via trade with Koelschtrinker. Pours pale, hazy yellow with a small, rocky, white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (straw, hay, meal), light hop (grass), average yeast (barnyard, earth) with notes of sour grapes. Light bodied, gritty texture, lively carbonation, and a sour finish. Average duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and sourness.

Apr 12, 2009 At the tasting session by Joes. A hazy yellow colored beer, with a thick white head. The aroma of wheat, fruity sour and fresh. The taste is geuze like, woody, dough and bread. The aftertaste is a little sour which stays for awhile.
