Bottle at WSF, shared by Bu11zeye I believe (thanks Marcus!). Milky yellow. Super refreshing. Enters acidic and then turns lactic. The carbonation level is great and the palate is nice and granular. Really enjoyed this.

Bottle received via trade with Koelschtrinker. Pours pale, hazy yellow with a small, rocky, white head, somewhat lasting with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (straw, hay, meal), light hop (grass), average yeast (barnyard, earth) with notes of sour grapes. Light bodied, gritty texture, lively carbonation, and a sour finish. Average duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and sourness.

At the tasting session by Joes. A hazy yellow colored beer, with a thick white head. The aroma of wheat, fruity sour and fresh. The taste is geuze like, woody, dough and bread. The aftertaste is a little sour which stays for awhile.

Bottle, thanks to RadioMGB! Very cloudy light straw, nice white head. Nose is lightly spicy lemonade, some dough malt - almost orangey. Flavor is lemonade, wheat, a little malt. Lemony lightly spiced finish. Really great stuff.

Bottle 50cl.
Unclear hazy light yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate citrus, moderate to heavy yeasty, barnyard, soap, acidic vinegar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and acidic - vinegar with a long duration, and a dry dry finish. Body is light medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20081018]

A very interesting beer to say the least. It is meant to be had with Rasberry juice for breakfast. But seems some folks like to have it pure. I did a pure one at the Berlin Cafe in DC as well.

[Bottled] Hazy pale yellow/greenish with a white head. Very sour in both aroma and flavour; some rubber and vinegar along with lactic acid. No bitterness but very dry.

500 ml bottle@KnutAlbert’s. Thin snowy white head. Body is hazy yellow with a white shade. Fruity aroma; fresh and light sour with a faint whiff of yoghurt and dough. Clean, heavy citric sourness in the flavor. Notes of rhubarb and vine-vinager. Well-bodied considering the low abv. Superdry citrus-acidic ending. Not very harmonious, but extremely quenching.
