May 31, 2008 Pours a light yellow color, very nice smell, and nice taste. I like this one way more than the granny smith one.

May 26, 2008 Light gold pour with no head. Sweet but sour apple aroma. Smells like store bought apple juice. Tart red delicious apple flavor with a faint yeastiness. Thin body with a semi-dry finish. Very astringent.

May 14, 2008 Still haven’t found a cider i really enjoy- pours a clear, light golden colour with a strong aroma of fresh squeezed apple juice, particularly green apples. Bubbly, and sweet midpalate, finishes a little off dry.
