Jan 26, 2008 12oz. Grocery store cider at its best, that is about all I have to say. This does have more body than most and a noticeable yeast influence, but lacking in acidity and as result very unbalanced with almost overwhelming sweetness. Fairly soft carbonation makes this a fairly flabby effort.

Jan 10, 2008 Bottle. Pours light amber with little very fizzy head. Aroma is of sweet apple, as expected. The taste is pretty standard hard cider. Not as rich and complex as I would prefer, more on the light and crisp side. Not a bad drink.

Jan 8, 2008 This really isn’t beer but It is a good draft cider that non beer drinkers can pour into a glass and join in the festivities unnoticed. I must warn that it is a little sweeter than I prefer. Tasty alternative to "chick drinks", this way if you have some leftover you can drink them and not feel sick...

Dec 30, 2007 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a clear, light amber beverage with no head or carbonation bubbles. Aroma of sweet hard red apples with some alcohol spice added. Taste is semi-sweet, a simple apple juice with a touch of alcohol added. Finish has a good balance of tart and sweet apples and then a little alcohol warmth.
