Draft. Pours a apple juice color with little to no head. Aroma is...yup...apples. Taste is flat with...apples again. I guess I shouldve expected as much.

Botle: Pale clear amber color, small white head. Aroma is fresh apples, slightly tart & sour apples. Taste is sweet up front, sweet crisp apples, a hint of spice (cinnamon, allspice), very tiny hint of alcohol. Finishes sweet, with sugary apple flavors. Light bodied, crisp, light-moderate carbonation, champagne-like mouthfeel. Very drinkable if somewhat one-dimensional.

Reminds me a lot of Belgian Red, oddly enough. Deep Amber, no head. Apple juice, very sweet. Slightly dry, but mostly sweet. Still, a decent product.

Acune trace d’alcool. Court arrière goût. Palette: Corps mince et texture huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Léger arrière goût de pomme. (Rating #145)

I don’t know, all these ciders taste about the same to me. They are more like wine coolers than anything else.

Well, as my first cider, I don’t really know how to compare this one, so I’m shooting for the middle, numbers-wise. It was a tasty beverage: dark golden amber, little head to speak of. Nice cidery aroma, rich apple taste. I enjoyed it.
