It was a tasty beverage: dark golden amber, little head to speak of. Nice cidery aroma, rich apple taste. I enjoyed it. Fish (439), Kure, Japan
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 26, 2005 Darker golden brown color. Small, off-white head. While it was exciting to actually find a cider on tap in Durham, this one was rather sweet for my taste. Not nearly as dry as the K and Hornsby’s ciders that I’ve tried, and a good bit darker in color. Still, if you’re looking for something different, hard cider is the way to go. georgekillian (221), USA

Yeast cider champagne aroma, constant fizz, and no where near amber color. Refreshing alternate to drinking a pale lager. Cornfield (4963), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Mar 4, 2005 This is a bit too sweet for my overall enjoyment, but I kind of like it because it reminds me of the applesauce that I ate as a kid, back before foods were over-processed. This won’t become a regular in my fridge, but it’s okay. beerandrugby (210), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Feb 21, 2005 bottle. sweet pungent aroma of apples. Initial very sweet, well, apple juice taste...very much too sweet for my tastes. Alcohol is detectable. I didn’t like this but at least it is made with natural apples and is not artificial.
