Jan 12, 2009 Light golden color...no head whatsoever. Crisp apple aroma. Sweet flavor of apples up front...very smooth mouthfeel. Slightly tart flavor follows in the back, with a mellow apple finish. A very drinkable cider, though not at all complex...my fiancee happens to be quite fond of it.

Dec 29, 2008 Bottle. Golden with a light thin head. Aromas are sweet and sour apple juice. Flavours are sweet and earthy, ripe apple with some tartness. Spritzy and akin to some French ciders.

Dec 23, 2008 Clear almost whitish yellow apple juice color with no head, just a quick carbonation sizzle. Very mild aroma, almost just sweet apple juice and way too drinkable to contain alcohol.

Dec 22, 2008 Bottle: Light amber pour with no head. Aroma is apple with a hint of some tartness. More of a traditional apple and sweet/tart cider taste here. One of the better ciders from my sample pack.
