Smell is some cellared apples, but a little corn syrupy as well. Flavor is on the sweet side but still has a nice apple kick. Perfectly drinkable and kind of a nice fall flavor. | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Oct 22, 2008 Another crappy attempt at something I take seriously cider. Let me read from the side. ’’Less than 1% natural flavor’’. Pours with a clear and pale body and a fizzed away white head. Aroma smells fizzy with sweet, sugary applees, and slight apple brandy. Smells a bit like the cider I have in primary, minus the high fuctose corn syrup. Taste is of sweet fake apples [[insert quote here]]. Completely bull crap attempt at a cider...hard water with fake cider flavoring. Fizzy and sticky like a soda. BeerBaron617 (313), Novi, Michigan, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 1/5 | 14/20 | Oct 18, 2008 I had this in the bottle at Dino’s lounge in Northville, MI. I got it 1. because it was free, and 2. I had never really tried a hard cider, except for the local one I rated a few weeks back. But more to the point; this was quite tasty. I wouldn’t say it had a wow factor that most of the beers I drink do, but it was crisp, and tasted like carbonated apple juice, just as expected. I’m not sure what good cider should taste like, but I liked this, and I would probably get it again Cheers! beergod434 (19), bossier, Louisiana, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Oct 9, 2008 Bottle from Market Street in Allen, TX. Pours a clear yellow, had a white head for 5 seconds, then completly dissapeared, not even a ring, color looks like apple juice (ofcoarse). Aroma of, well, a Granny Smith apple. Flavor is sweet apples with tang. Mouthfeel is light-med. body with high carbonation. Overall, not for me....... Neematoad (71), , Illinois, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Sep 22, 2008 By far my favorite of the woodchucks. Has a clear tint opposed to the yellow tint of the Granny Smith version. Taste of fresh apples with the right amount of sweetness followed by a nice bitter aftertaste. Great during the fall.
