Bottle from a sampler. Pale amber color. Clear with active carbonation. Crisp and sweet apple aroma. Taste is very similar, with a little bite at the end. I like this one quite a bit more than expected.

Pour in a lager glass clear light golden brown color no head, very bubbly. Nose: A bitter apple note, with hints of caramel, yeast, and lemon.. Taste: Tart granny smith apple with a slight note of lemon, yeast, and caramel. Finish: Tarty and a bit lingering Overall It is overall a very tarty apple cider that a bit of hint of caramel and yeast.

8/6/08 From the bottle. Aroma is tart and sweet with a light caramel quality. Appearance is clear gold with only a slight hint of a white head. Flavor is sweet and almost creamy, particularly when it’s very cold. the tat note is very faint and is easily overshadowed by the sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with a surprisingly low carb texture. Overall, this is kind of a surprise from the aroma; the tartness is never an issue and keeps this quite easy drinking.

Very nice cider, widely available in my area. 2nd fav cider so far of the ones I’ve tried. Nice color with a nice crisp flavor. Just right amount of tartness for me. Good cider.

This is my favorite cider out of only 2 others. Very crisp, refreshing, sweet, a little tart/sour, and tasty. Not really any alcohol noticable. I buy these on occasion from time to time.
