Commercial Description:
This unique product is oak aged in small batches in much the same way cider was made during Colonial times. This handcrafted process creates a extremely smooth product with a hint of vanilla flavor.

Pours a dark copper color. Aroma of apples, feels a bit like vinegar. Flavor of apples, again it resembles vinegar. Liquorous texture.

Before I started with beer, there was only cider. How did I not rate all the woodchuck. This is nowhere near the best cider out there, but its drinkable. Perhaps too sweet though.

12 oz bottle. Dark amber, looks like unfiltered juice or dark cream soda, you know the kind with caramel color. Fresh juicy flavor, but a bit cheap-tasting, sweet and simple, with a hint of citrusy tang in the finish, decent body. Well above average for a commercial cider, though I’m not really missing this now-retired alcoholic soda. Thanks so much to Flipbrewer for his cross-country trade of this rarity back to its home state!

Copper colored, with aroma of apples and some red wine. I do taste the oak barrel flavor somewhat, and I like this cider.

A truly unique cider. You can taste the oak and vanilla. Dark colour, complex flavour.

(12oz bottle) I cannot find this on the Woodchuck website so I am guessing that they no longer make this? Pours the darkest cider I've every laid my eyes on - a beautiful bronze. Every so slight carbonation. Nose is of a port mixed with apples; its rather euphoric. The flavour does consist of a red wine tang. Slight cheap, flat cola finish. Very good and complex of the ciders I'm sampled...

I did not taste the vanilla at all when I had this. Very clean and crisp, very sweet.
