This is a very light hard cider but has a bitter flavor. It has an aroma of apples and a strong apple taste also.

Pours amber with no head. Aroma of apple. Taste is overly sweet. Lots of apple. Mouth is really light. Overall, fair.

12 oz. bottle. Hey, it’s okay. Pours amber with no head, but you can just hear it fizzing. Light apple smell, but at least none of the strange chemical smells from other bottled ciders. Taste is a very basic apple with a bit of alcohol to start. Then a hint or two of cinnamon. Tartness is about that of a Red Delicious. Carbonation is slight, enough keeps things interesting and maybe slow me down from slamming it. Finish is just to the dry side. Probably as good as a mass-distribution cider can be.

Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano. Pours a crystal clear amber, white fizzy head. Aroma, well, it’s kinda light, I get some burnt caramel and apple, a little Cinnamon. Flavor is the same..... Mouth feel is medium body, medium carbonation. Overall, I enjoyed it..

Pours a copper-amber with a small lacing on top which quickly dissipates. Aroma is as predicted; weak apple and white sugar. Flavor is about the same, but with a boost in carbonation, making the mouthfeel lagerish. Not bad, but quite boring. Overall fair to good.

Dark amber in color with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is very sweet with apple and sugary notes. Taste is not as sweet as the aroma with notes of apple and caramel and a slightly dry finish.

Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aroma is red and yellow apple, cheese, a light woody note, burnt sugar and straw. Flavor is slightly tart apple, lots of apple sweetness, honey, a little mustiness, caramel and tart cherry. Apple skin and limestone finish. It has been quite a while since I have had a cider and this didn’t disappoint but really seems pretty mild.
