Crisp and dry cider - wonderfully smooth. Probably my second favorite to the Amber. Its not a beer, but there is no denying this tastes great on a hot day.

This had a great color. It was on the flat end for cider. not much movement within the pour. This cider had a great apple flavor. Not as sweet as other cider s in the market but still on the sweet end. Overall an ok cider. Still missing the umph of what I expect out of a cider.

This one is the nicest hard cider yet. Pours coppery-red with no head. Smells very light, apple and candy. Taste is roasted sugar and sweet apples. The finish is very sweet and sour, but very dry. Very nice. If I’m ever to cook with any of these, this would be the one I would try. Might try carmelizing some polish sausage with this.

Bottle. For a cider not bad. Pours a amber color, no head to speck of. Aroma is all fruits and sweet malts. Flavor is really sweet. Medium body. Can’t drink a lot of these or they hurt the stomach.

A really nice "macro" cider. Pours a good amber color with no head, but lots of fizzy carbonation. Aroma is red apple and a touch of vinegar. Flavor though is not overly sweet at all. There’s a nice crisp bite that is very refreshing. if there’s any fault it’s that it might taste a touch artificial. Otherwise a very nice cider.

Light amber with minimal head and bubbles around side / Very faint apple nose / Light body, prominent fine carbonation, medium sweet, with weak finish / Very simple apple flavor with no distinguishing characteristics / Supermarket cider.

Bottle. Pours yellow amber with a thin head. Sweet juicy apples, a touch of dry tartness, and a quick finish. Pretty good.

Nice amber pour. Aroma of apples. Flavor is better than expected. Apple tartness first then sweetness at the finish. Not bad.
